I always don’t find the bids for the property in St Johns equitable but you were able to offer a decent amount for the property. I figured this was as good a deal I would ever get. The land was special in that mother ( who is now deceased ) proved to my father that she could buy something and pay it off. They enjoyed going to the property during the summer months.
